Helene has been with the agency since 1984, when she first joined her father, Andrew Szabo Sr., during a summer break—and never left. With over 41 years of experience in the insurance industry, Helene has been guided by her father's expertise and values, helping to shape the agency into what it is today.

Outside of work, she has a deep love for history and enjoys exploring new places. A self-proclaimed foodie, Helene is always seeking out the next great culinary experience. Above all, she cherishes spending time with her special needs granddaughter and enjoys memorable mother/daughter trips with her daughter and her family.
